Our leasing process is designed to ensure efficiency and transparency from start to finish. It begins with an initial discussion with potential tenants regarding unit allocation and rates. Once the concept profile and unit size are approved by our management and leasing committee, we propose the unit to the investor and generate an offer. Upon receiving the signed offer and necessary documentation, we prepare and finalize the lease contract, which is signed by both parties. After contract approval, the facilities management team oversees the unit handover and fit-out process until official opening. Throughout this process, we maintain close coordination with all stakeholders to ensure a smooth and timely transition for new tenants.
